What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine, focusing on the relationship between the structure and function of the body. Causes of pain and imbalance throughout the body may be overcome by addressing both of these elements.
Registered Osteopaths are primary health care practitioners, having completed a five-year double degree in Osteopathic Medicine where they develop excellent diagnostic and palpatory skills. Our Osteopaths identify problem areas within muscles, ligaments, joints, nerves and internal organs.

Osteopathic Treatment
Osteopathic treatment is “hands on”, gentle and efficient minimising the amount of visits you need. The Osteopathic holistic approach ensures that your Osteopath will never focus on one area, but all regions relating to your condition.
Osteopaths use techniques such as stretching, massage, joint manipulation and mobilisation. Your Osteopath will only ever see one patient at a time, dedicating 100% of their time to you.
