Jess joined the Osteopathic Works team in 2025. She graduated from Victoria University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Osteopathy, and has since worked across a number of private practices in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

Jess’ interest in osteopathy grew from her caring nature and her desire to help people of all ages feel and function at their best. She has a structural approach to treatment, using techniques such as soft tissue therapy, stretching, joint mobilisation and manipulation. Jess has also completed further training in dry needling and enjoys integrating this into treatment when appropriate.

Before completing her osteopathic qualifications, Jess worked as a corporate massage therapist, helping office workers manage postural strain and stress-related discomfort. These early experiences strengthened her belief in osteopathy’s holistic approach and continue to influence the way she supports her patients through injury, recovery and lifestyle change.

Jess enjoys treating a wide range of presentations, but has a particular interest in women’s health including pregnancy care, neck and upper back pain, and headaches. Since becoming a mother herself, Jess has developed a genuine passion for helping women navigate the postpartum period. She loves supporting mums to restore movement, rebuild strength and feel comfortable, confident and capable in their bodies again.

Outside of the clinic, Jess enjoys spending time with her twin girls and her son, practising hot yoga and exploring the outdoors.
