From a young age Gabrielle always had an interest in health and was drawn to Osteopathy because of its hands on, patient centred approach. The holistic philosophy that Osteopathy encompasses assists her in finding the root cause of an individuals complaint by taking a thorough medical history and exploring other lifestyle influences.

As a keen runner herself, having participated in events such as the New York Marathon and a half ironman Australia, Gabrielle can appreciate both positive and negative impacts running can have on the body. Gabrielle enjoys working with patients experiencing running related ailments through rehabilitation, goal setting, giving advice towards training plans, nutrition or education in injury prevention.

In addition to her interest in running, Gabrielle enjoys working with patients experiencing neck pain and headaches associated with postural tension and everyday ergonomics.  In 2016 Gabrielle completed a clinical reformer and mat pilates course which she finds particularly beneficial with patient rehabilitation.

During treatment Gabrielle uses a number of osteopathic techniques including soft tissue work, articulation, stretching and manipulation as well as conjunctive therapies of dry needling and shockwave therapy. She believes education is key when assisting her patients in their journey back to health.

When Gab isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys going for a long run along the Warby trail, brunching with friends, spending time with her Sheepadoodle, Dusty and planning her next travel adventure.
