About Gabrielle
Gabrielle has always had a strong interest in health and wellbeing and was drawn to Osteopathy because of its hands-on, patient-centred approach. She enjoys working closely with her patients to identify the underlying causes of their symptoms and support their long-term health and recovery.
As a keen runner, Gabrielle understands the physical demands that training and competition place on the body. Having completed events including the New York Marathon and Ironman Australia, she has a particular interest in helping runners manage injuries, improve performance and return confidently to the activities they enjoy.
Gabrielle also enjoys treating patients experiencing neck pain, headaches and postural strain related to work, study and everyday life. She completed further training in Clinical Pilates and often incorporates rehabilitation exercises and movement advice into her treatment plans.
Gabrielle uses a range of osteopathic techniques tailored to the individual and is also trained in Dry Needling and Shockwave Therapy. She believes education plays an important role in helping patients understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery.
