Since graduating as an Osteopath, Rebecca has advanced her skill set with post graduate qualifications in paediatric and perinatal care. Supporting the baby-mother journey is a real passion for her and has only enhanced since becoming a mother herself. Additionally, she has completed courses in mindfulness based stress reduction, the connection between posture and breathing patterns and is a certified yoga immersion teacher.

She has a special interest in exploring the health of the whole family and understands that although pain is part of the human journey, patients can be supported along the path to whole body health.

Rebecca enjoys using a blend of direct and indirect osteopathic techniques to treat patients of all ages. She has further training is shock wave therapy and GeMT therapeutic dry needling to provide additional support for her patients where indicated. In conjunction with her hands on treatment, Rebecca enjoys tailoring advice and exercise prescription for her patients, supporting their healing journey and rehabilitation.

When not at work, Rebecca loves being in nature whether travelling, hiking, running, yoga or playground explorations. She also loves baking sourdough and wholesome treats, dining out and spending time with loved ones.
